Fan Made Batman Forever Batmobile

In August we featured a fan built replica of The Tumbler from Batman Begins/The Dark Knight . That design was built by Bob Dullam, with help from his sculptor partner Bob Causey. Well now Causey is showing off his ride, created with help from Dullam, a driveable replica of the Batmobile from Batman Forever. More photos, and even a video, after the jump.

Watch the video below to see the remote control top in action.

Fan Built Batman Forever Batmobile Replica then instantly try to remember why he did not make the Tumbler....
  • That's because he already built the Tumbler with his friend. :P

  • see i think why he did what he did is because the Batman Forever Batmobile is all form, no function (though he went above and beyond all fan-made expectations), whereas the Tumbler is all function, no form (though it's grown on me most definitely).

if you're gonna build the Tumbler, you gotta go all out and make it 100% functional, even if that means selling your soul to Chris Nolan.

i saw a tim burton batmobile limo in nyc. some rich ass dad and his little kid were in it. i was in awe.
  • There will be Blood
This is so good that I'm tragically reminded that the film was a piece of shit.
  • It wasn't even close to the crap storm that was Batman & Robin though
  • mbellerbrock
    Best of that series IMO.

On one hand the man built it himself and that's awesome. On the other, it's from Batman Forever and nothing can beat the Tumbler...or even the Batmobile from Tim Burton's Batman.
  • I always thought the Batman Forever batmobile was the stupidest the tim burton one was awesome.

Chicks dig the car. Oh and Batman Forever is a misunderstood masterpiece.
  • Would be funny if opening the top in the video was the most the car could do.
  • Why would you choose this version of the Batmobile? FAIL!
  • The actual car in the movie was like a painting of a painting - an adaptation of Burton's batmobile that looked distinct and yet perverted, but I think that's what Shumacher was going for. I still enjoy "Forever" though, in a very, VERY weird way.
  • And to think that this batmobile was going to be designed by H.R. Giger makes me shiver.
This was a joke of a batmovile.
  • Creating this means they had to watch countless hours of Batman Forever, I bet that must have sucked for them. It is nice to see something like this being made but I definitely would have picked a different one, that's just me.
  • It would be funny if he guy lost that and had no way to get into the car other than to break in.

GeminiAce, You have a negative rating of -53, and you are here mouthing off at a fan created Batmobile? Is that all you do, sit around and complain and belittle everything ? How about get off your worthless butt and try to top what this guy did? No, It's easier for you to sit in your mother's trailer and complain about others while stuffing your face with funions. Get a life all of you complainers. This was a great job by a fan who obviously is talented and loves what he does. I say Kudos and keep up the great work!
