I've never liked the Potter films (I walked out of the last one) but I really am excited about this film. So where does that leave us? Well, we know that Wolverine is rubbish, Star Trek looks pretty good, optimistic about Terminator, so-so about Transformers and... what else?

This is my "summer" movie. I'm anticipating seeing this above everything else coming out. Only thing is, I'll probably be slightly disappointed afterwards, remembering bits and pieces that did/didn't happen in the book that they left out/included. Oh well! Still can't wait for this.

The Harry Potter theme always makes me miss the first two movies and their innocence.

Harry Potter books are fun to read, check em out. Way better than that awful Twilight crap.

Awesome! I like this more and more the more i see. Looks like it's gonna be the Blockbuster for me (to be honest, not really excited for anything else). I wonder though, how much have they've downplayed Ron's role? Because he had little little little screentime in the trailer. Seems kinda strange that one of the key players in the Harry Potter world isn't given any real exposure here.

I noticed that too. Very little Ron. But really, his character does have very little impact in this book. His only real plot development is his Quidditch involvement, which I'm sure JK just put it because she needed something for him to do.

That's because X-men was such a divided franchise before the movies were ever even thought of. There were so many fractions in comics and cartoons and such that the first thing the movie makers had to do was decide "now which VERSION of each character should we use?" But the fact that the movies were crappy as hell didn't help much.

At least the Harry Potter books are just that. A series of books. Only one real interpretation.

This is like the 5th trailer and they still haven't talk about the half blood prince story line

Well it was honestly a very small part of the actual book. Just like how the fifth had only a small part be about the actual Order, or how the Goblet was only a few chapters in the fourth.

I love love LOVE that they're bringing back the old music.
This looks like an amazing adaptation, I can not wait.

I think the score sounds even better now with the darker movies. In the first one it's just all jangly, but here it's downright ominous.

i like the original score too, but i absolutely LOVED the epic version of "Hedwig's Theme" from the teaser trailer of this movie. why can't we get that one again?

Yeah I liked the variations, but it is quite nice to hear the old score.

Looks great (HP trailers always do), but isn't this PG? It looks so dark and yet with the PG rating, I hope it doesn't suck because of it.
