    awesome!
  • Yes I think this will be an awesome movie, james gandolphini seems like he would be a perfect voice for a wild thing. Very nice poster, all of the art in the film seems to have such an amazing fantasy look like its in your dreams and its amazing that they can do it.

just pwning this fucking industry and all their bullshit one by one.
    keep 'em coming!
  • That's a cool poster.
  • ITs cool... its seems like the monster is hiding... my first thought is hide and seek... then my second thought was that its almost hunting but it seems to be rather passive as if he really doesnt care... awesome poster!
  • LOVE!
  • I've been dying to see this poster since Spike mentioned it in that interview on AICN. Well worth the wait!
  • Wow. WOW. WOWOW. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW! This will be great.
  • that poster is WAY better than the 1st poster which was released a while ago.
  • This movie is going to rule.
  • I'd like to see them branch out to the other Wild things, but this one is a gem
  • I love that it's edgy and hipster and all that, but at the same time, a lot of what's coming out for this movie just makes me go, "Awwwww." Not a lot of things can do that. Love it.
  • i've said it before and i'll say it again, Spike Jonze can do no wrong.
  • Very neat poster. Keep them coming. =)
  • Is there anyone NOT excited to see this?
  • The trailer for this movie shot it to the top of my most anticipated list.
  • Kato Diaz

it is a sweet poster.man somebody must have been hungry. is there a chunk of tree biten out there??!!
  • Goobity
We gotta wait 'til October?! Well, I've been waiting since I was a child to see this one come to life. I'll manage. ;)
  • Movies with a kid's-eye-view of the world - where the adults don't quite fit - always rate high with me: The Spirit of the Beehive, Let the Right One In... This feels like the familiar dreamlike fears and exaggerated emotions of a child's perspective that I love.

Not that it doesn't look awesome, but, merciful God, is that poster's going to terrify more than a couple of children. Though that's in the true Maurice Sendak tradition, I suppose.
  • This poster really is great. Thank god it doesnt look anything like the H2 poster with a cartoon Myers standing in the middle of a pumpkin patch.. lol. I threw up a little bit when I saw that :(
  • it just keeps getting better. i cannot wait for this effing movie.
  • yeah i like this poster more.. looks a bit more creepy
  • I LOVE it! I want one to hang up in the house. Man, Oct is too far away.
  • Here's Spike and Moriarty (Drew McWeeny) on the subject of this poster from an old AICN interview:

Spike Jonze: … What do you think of this as a possible poster?
(He indicated an image of a single tree, with Carol hiding behind it, spilling out on both sides and plainly visible.)

    Moriarty: Wow.

Spike Jonze: I mean, we’ve barely started this process. These are some other ones that I don’t think they’re gonna go for.

Moriarty: I really like this one. This one, I would want to put on my wall. There’s a lot of poster art that I want to put on my wall, ‘cause when I was first starting in theaters as an employee or growing up, there was a lot of poster art that I thought was beautiful, like really… you would want to put it on your wall. These days, everything’s a photoshopped floating head thing, and it just makes me crazy. I don’t get why we’ve lost that this is part of the experience. When you’re walking into a theater, and you see a poster for something for the first time, it should excite you. You should be drawn to it and want to look at it, and then be curious about the film.

    Spike Jonze: Yeah.

And I concur. But I prefer poster 1.
