Those are some expensive toys right there. I hope they make a USS Kelvin replica, that would be sweet.
  • Hello, and welcome to the Apple Store™. Would you like a tour of the iBridge™? If you have any question, feel free to visit the Genius Bar™.

How cutting edge, you made a joke about it looking like and Apple store. Well done.
  • Yes, it was. Certainly more sharp than your wit, that seems just as dull as this new Star Trek's script. Which is full of such stunningly quotable literary dialog snip-its like, "Buckle Up!". Godfather better watch out. It may loose some more points on IMDB to this masterpiece and it's unforgettable merchandized characters immortalized for all time in... plastic.

ZOMG U R TEH BOMBZ. I can't believe j00 read dah whole script, you're l33ts. SOOOOOOO truu too, that line is teh SUXS. I makks da same joke about iBridge, stuff that luks g00d 1s always das rippzoffas!

That bridge set looks dull. If I bought my son for xmas that he would probably pee in my cheerio's.

What would a kid do with that, march their action figures around in circles and lean them up against transparent pieces of plastic?
  • Mike
It requires a little imagination unlike many other toys these days that think for our children. I would have loved it as a kid. My daughter would love it now.

It's from same company that made the Terminator Salvation toys?

    "features real transporter beam effects"
Wow it can really transport matter. Sign me up for that.
  • If i was a kid
    And i liked star trek...
that bottom toy would be tottaly awsome
  • These look pretty impressive. There was a time when I'd buy things like this in a heartbeat. In recent years, though, I just can't justify dropping precious coin on such items.
  • I'm no Trek fan by any stretch of the imagination but that does look like pretty classic Trek. On a pure toy note, it is just too bad children over seven don't play with toys anymore.
  • Palmer
Sad but true, it's a rare sight these days to see kids playing with toys. However, I've seen many grown people play with Lego bricks if that counts.
  • Yes, and I am one of many proud adult fans of Lego.
  • Lego was awsome when i was growing up, i had so much lego in a huge box that would keep me busy for hours..

Just wondering if there are 2 scales of the figures? If they are the usual Star Wars size that bridge must be huge. Also the toy bridge seems to have a lot more colour than the one you seen in the trailer, which looks alot more white.
  • The Bridge toy is pretty awesome.
