Japanese Commercial probably fucked up most of the youth there....

I wonder what was going through that white guys mind while they were shooting that. That's gotta be like a terrible low point in ones life, when you go to Japan and have to film a fried chicken commercial in which you play a Japanese speaking Robocop even when you clearly don't speak Japanese. This commercial has left me feeling sad and empty.

I think the Robocop guy is played by a Japanese... Look at the form of his mouth. I'm pretty sure he's asian.

By the way... Japanese can have the weeeeeirdest mashups... damn.

I think that Robocop looking like he doesn't speak japanese was done on purpose. That's how they know him over there, his movies are dubbed over, so when he speaks, he looks like that, and they obviously value authenticity. That said, any Fried Chicken whose smell can cause fictional characters to leap from their TV reality into my fried chicken reality, and then steal my fridge from me and my two obviously frightened and soiled kids can only be described as Dangerously Delicious.

Weird Asian film/television aesthetics aside, did you check out how blingin' that chrome suit was?

At least their commercials are actually entertaining no matter how weird they get.

Well they're entertaining for US... this is standard fare in Japan (anyone seen the Ramen noodle commercial where it looks like the girl is giving head? Youtube it), so they probably think it's boring.
