Credits

  • I'm glad you all put The Dark Knight on your lists. Lots of critics have overlooked it purely because it's a superhero movie.
  • optimusprime
    you are right
  • Rambling and disorganized. Not so much too long as ill thought. Nice picks.
  • Vicky Christina Barcelona was tragically hilarious.
  • No Valkyrie love? Not even an honorable mention?
  • Pete (original)
just saw Benjamin Button. loved it.
  • Benjamin Button is fantastic. The more I think about it, the greater it is.
  • ben button nuanced? subtle? really?

just came back from benjamin button, wanted to post what i thought but Pete (original) beat me to it.

one of the best films of the year. seriously. textured, nuanced, subtle, beautiful.
  • Nice Top 10 lists and spoiler-free review of Benjamin Button (especially since I'm seeing it this weekend). All three of you NEED to see Rachel Getting Married.
  • Mike
not that it really matters, but didn't the Orphanage come out in 2007?
  • I think Benjamin Button should of been shorter but split into two! Just felt the earlier life of Benjamin went to quickly. Would of like to of delt with his child in more depth
  • Lpfanaddy
I think a lot of Benjamin Button's emotional problems as a film are due to Fincher having to shorten it to less than 3 hours. I think had his original cut of 3 hours plus would have addressed more of that.
