The soundtrack starts off good, but not very unique (highly unusual for a Fincher soundtrack imho) going through the tracks it starts to take on a life of it's own though. Still being the most conventional score to a Fincher film, yet also his most unique story, I'm very curious to see how this fits into the film.
  • The songs during the Trailer made it great. I'm expecting the same from entire movie.
  • I'm loving it so far but I need to see how well it fits with the movie. Also this just reminds me how bitter I am that TDK's soundtrack is disqualified.
  • This is one of the main reasons I'm looking forward to seeing this movie. I loved Desplat's score from Birth.

    WarnerBros., not DreamWorks....
  • Corrected. I got confused. The film is being distributed by Dreamworks, the soundtrack by Warner Bros.
  • or... BAFTA is British, and Warner Bros has the European distribution rights to the film
  • The film is being distributed by Paramount in the US, this was a not a Dreamworks production, it was Par all the way (with co-financing from WB)
  • The song off the trailer is brilliant.
  • This looks (and sounds) good, i'm still waiting on the Slumdog soundtrack though, that is nothing short of epicness.
  • Marco
Uh, the movie is being distributed by Paramount domestically and Warner Bros. overseas.
  • Han is Solo
Jesus Christ, does it matter that much guys? Distributor Nazis.

Anyways, the soundtrack is fantastic. Peter, I know you've heard and seen some stuff that you didn't find epic..but every-time I watch the trailer (especially that space-shuttle take off scene) I get goosebumps.

Thanks for the link, sounds amazing!

only problem with the soundtrack coming out before the movie is,and this happened with the 2nd star wars movie, that some of the song titles might reveal whats going to happen.like on star wars there was a track where it mentions OBI's masters funeral and some people wern't happy bout that.
