This movie is nothing like Outpost or Zombie Lake or whatever low-budget movie from the 80's. This is something truely uniqe, belive me!
This move is more like "Evil dead (Zombies)" + "House of Wax(Teens)" + "Where Eagles Dare (Nazi's + Snow)" But with a Norwegian take to it, and free of Hollywood.

A World War Z movie would be awesome I think.

The mentions of Tarantino is quite ironic, as these guys became famous in Norway for producing a Kill Bill parody flick by themselves, with a North-Norwegian theme, Kill Bulljo. (probably not worth seeing if you aren't Norwegian, and even then I didn't think it was too funny.)


The old guy is a famous Norwegian actor, Bjørn Sundquist. He's about the only though guy we have. :p

Oh, and they had to change the title from "Red Snow" to "Dead Snow" because of an old copyright issue.

Me and my friends are actually quite angry with this flick, because we have just made a movie with a similar plot. xD (see website)

Great premise, but makes me pine for World War Z. The book has the makings of such a great TV show, Lost-meets-"24"-meets-28 Days Later.
