yes let's all get intellectual about transformers. you ever think that maybe they aren't making this movie to please the 20-30 something guys that can't grow up, and maybe they are just making a cool fun movie for the kids.
this isn't some cinematic masterpiece, grow up and stop over analyzing

What's with people thinking kida can't handle mature intelligent movies? Do people honestly think kids live in a different world than the rest of us? That's the reason so many kids are sheltered little babies instead of well rounded smart ones who know life isn't fair and that they'll certainly get fucked when they're older. If it was up to me, we'd go back to walt disney's philosophy. The man really was a genius. He never shied away from the darker stuff in his movies because it would be dishonest to represent a happy go lucky world where all is great and wonderful, and he was right... too bad current disney forgot that...

Superman, are you serious, have you ever met someone aged 5-10? All they will care about is if the transformers are awesome and blowing up stuff. Seriously, you think a kid is going to care whether the movie has plot holes? I don't know how old you are but when I was young I loved Dick Tracy, TMNT 1 and 2, MAsters of the Universe and a bunch of other movies that I would say sucked ass if I watched them know. I was commenting on 30 something movie "critics" online who attack a movie that is quite cleary just about being fun and exciting to watch. like the Mag guy who says its the epitome of cimematography, i mean get a life

To be honest from seeing most of her interviews and even when she was in that hope and faith rubbish she probably is a diva i used to envy brian austin green now not so much. i think Shia is a good actor though he made the first film though i like a lot of my mates thought watching it the second time it just wasnt as good . but yeah kids like anything that makes noise or has something going for it my son is loving ben 10 and marvel toys atm but said he might watch transformers 2 for bumbelbee lol . i hope this is not a trilogy because the most recent trilogys have sucked eg . spiderman trilogy , updated star wars trilogy , xmen trilogy , and i know it did well and adults like it but no kids i know liked the lord of the rings . but well see im sure a lot of people will watch this film just for Ms Fox or Josh duhamell or Tyrese and big robots from outer space :)
