Four Christmases Movie Trailer

Four Christmases looks like your standard holiday romantic comedy, but I’m still holding out hope considering the film reteams Vince Vaughn with Swingers/Made co-star Jon Favreau, and is directed by Seth Gordon, the filmmaker behind King of Kong: A Fist Full of Quarters. It was also filmed in my city, San Francisco, which seems to be a reoccurring shooting location for Reese Witherspoon. I wonder if it is in her contract.

When upscale, happily unmarried San Francisco couple Kate and Brad find themselves socked in by fog on Christmas morning, their exotic vacation plans morph into the family-centric holiday they had, until now, gleefully avoided. Out of obligation—and unable to escape—they trudge to not one, not two, but four relative-choked festivities, increasingly mortified to find childhood fears raised, adolescent wounds reopened…and their very future together uncertain. As Brad counts the hours to when he can get away from their parents, step-parents, siblings and an assortment of nieces and nephews, Kate is starting to hear the ticking of a different kind of clock. And by the end of the day, she is beginning to wonder if their crazy families’ choices are not so crazy after all.

How much money did Meet the Parents make? A hojillion dollars? This will be big. And it looks much better than Meet the Fockers, so i'll take it.

Jon Favreau will save the movie, if nothing else.

ehh...my name is vince vaughn. i play the same role over and over again. you know what, i am not going to see another vince vaughn christmas movie. sorry but that trailer did not make me laugh once. was i suppose to find the soulja boy reference funny? or reese witherspoon being afraid of moon bounces? but most importantly, am i suppose to still be laughing at vince vaughn's usual fast-talking sarcasm? i am sorry but this movie looks dull
  • gah
Look, it's the same familiar red colored comedy font!
  • I thought it could be OK, until I saw all the physical comedy. Baby vomit! hahahahaha! How original!

Umm did we forget Fred Claus?

which btw looked horrible and i still havent seen.

Christmas movies have sucked for a long, long time.

I laughed too. I hate myself.

Though the part at the end (even though it isn't original) is hilarious because that's how I react around puke.

looks like shit but to me it looks like it could be a meet the parents attempt but marketed to the soccer moms. The MILF known as Mary stenbergen calls me to go see it. SO maybe.
  • scar
decent cast. did anyone notice tim mcgraw, he's been popping up decent films, with noticable roles.
  • @ andrew

When did that happen to Mary Steenburgen? I'm not disagreeing with you, I just wanna know when it started.

Holiday movies are so crappy nowadays and here's another cookie
cutter disfunctional family comedy, which looks like MAYBE doesn't have a happy mushy ending? That would be a nice change. The shameful part is I actually laughed a little bit. =/
Maybe a year from now when it's on cable and I'm bored with nothing to watch I'll give it a shot.

What's with Vince doing the same dumb halfass comedy over and over again.....?

He needs to take on some better stuff.
He was great in "Into the Wild".

,,,, I'm not seeing this stupid Christmas comedy, and nobody else should ether.
    :-(
  • Jake
Im stupid... so I will see this.
  • Monique
Tim McGraw is in it! He is too hot! I will definitely catch this one!
  • Terrell
absolutely way way way to funny.. I can't wait to see it.. I laugh at the commercial every time I see it...
  • Vince Vaughn deserves to win "The Most Spaztastic" award every year... whether he makes a movie that year or not

the best parts of this movies ARE IN THE COMMERCIALS. This was a waste of time and money. I kept waiting for it to get better and instead it got worse.
  • Sharon
Awful movie that makes a mockery of Christian church's presentation of the birth of Jesus. Content is incredibly shallow and disgusting.
  • Omfg I never knew Peter Billngsley was in this movie :]
