This movie will work if 1. People understand that the costumes are supposed to look like crappy versions of real superhero costumes (nite owl=batman). 2. The dialogue is not delivered in a cheesy form. 3. The animation is believable. Only then will this movie match the awesomeness that the novel was. Its on times list of 100 greatest novels. In the end, i predict this to be a modest box office sucess, with a 70% average rating from critics. Eh, this is definetly going to be a hit or miss.
