Fox Atomic has released a teaser poster for the Diablo Cody penned horror film Jennifer’s Body. You might recognize this poster, as we posted it a couple days ago with a different title card “True Blood“. Of course I’m joking, as the film and the upcoming HBO television series have no real connection. But the similarities in the poster design are too extreme to ignore.

The one for True Blood looks better. Especially the painted face area and the detail on the tongue. The one for JB looks fairly simplistic.
The should have done more of a manipulated photo style for Jennifer’s Body I think. Because the face on it looks way too amatuer looking. Not to say this theme is original. It’s been used countless of times on books, comics, and other film posters.

The TB one is sick….the detail on the tongue like captain awesome said and the lipstick and the blood its just wicked!
and i prefer TB’s tongue over JB’s tongue….looks way better to kiss!

The JB one looks like a bad 80’s teen movie poster. I think the tongue is more realistic on the JB one but way creepier on the TB one, like something that could crawl right out of her mouth if it had a mind to.

if anyone dropped the ball, it’s from having a one-sheet that does not include Megan Fox her own self. Wanna sell a movie? Put a half-naked Megan Fox on the poster. I’d fire the people behind this oversight just out of principle.
