i think a sequel is a great idea. i think the movie needs alot added to it tho. like more goofing around by connor n murphy. maybe instead of boston they go somewhere else. maybe add some different heritages n stuff like that. why in the world did they go into hybernation? thats dum because the streets can never be cleaned of all the bad guys and mafia, people in the mafia would take it over as soon as the current boss dies. they should also add a congregation of the diffrent mafias to take down the saints. i agree with the arrest idea too and they should use some lock picking skills to escape plus more powerful weapons(shotguns, snipers, etc.) maybe in the beggining they should be like touring the world killing off major mafia leaders in various cities like assasins.

ive got hihg hopes for this movie

Oh my god are you haters kidding me? The 1st boondock was incredible…If i had a dollar for every time Ive broken it out and watched it…id be rich. All saints day sounds equally as impressive….are you kidding me Jimbo Stewart you couldn’t get through the plot without snoozing? Then maybe you need to learn how to read….this movie sounds incredible. its going to be incredible. and Troy duffy is a fucking genius unlike M&co who stated “Sounds like an utterly retarded plot for an utterly retarded sequel to an utterly retarded film by an utter retard” get the fuck out of here. i bet your favorite movie is the village….oh and yea that one goes to the idiot who said Duffy is tantino-lite…yea atleast Duffy can write a good fucking movie and as far as im concerned there was no “twist ending” to the 1st boondock saints. You people need to go back…watch this movie about 15 times so your little wee brains can understand how fucking badass it is and then come back here and write a decent review. i only have 1 comment about this movie that would be slightly negative…if you knew there was going to be a sequel Duffy…why kill off Rocco….hes a crowd favorite man…now you gotta stick him in a dream? that just doesn’t do it justice. anyway this movies going to be kick ass, get out, go see, it you’ll love it. and i would be willing to bet you it will be at the top of the box office as soon as it hits theaters.

Listen to all you pretentious fags saying that Boondock sucked! “Tarantino rip off” go suck a dick you fag’s. Boondock Saints was fucking awesome. Gritty, funny. action packed, fantastic characters, it had it all.

That said, don’t make a sequel. The sequel suck and that will make the first film suffer. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it.

Anyone else who thinks this movie sucks should skip their next “film school” class, remove their tounge from tarantino’s ass, stop being pretentious faggots and admit this movie is awesome.

The boondock saints was the best action movie of all time that i have seen, hands down. the sequal does sound a little like the first in some points. but you never know till you see it.

First off, I like the first Boondock Saints… Under-rated movie that it was.. I still own it. Only movie I havent sold. But………. This second movie seems to be a bit.. umm.. IFFY!.. I will go see it, or rent it, but I have a feeling I wont own it. I hope it lives up to the first movie.

Shouldnt have let the story be out. I am looking forward to what new action sequnces they can put in this movie. Plus in the first one..the saints were very much kid like as in, they were young funny, just want to see how they can keep the same emotions in them in second.

ok boondock saints was probably one of the best movies i’ve ever seen. i loved it! and i’m interested in a sequal, and i’ll definately go see it, but i’m kind of iffy on what this is sounding like now.
we’ll have to waite and see though, hell we’ll have to waite and see if it actually even starts production!
