The title is a Fleming title, and works for me. I’m glad they didn’t dumb it down and use another title with “Kill” or “Die”.

And let’s officially drop the Bourne comparisons. “Casino Royale” and the Bourne films are totally different in style and approach, and Ludlum’s Bourne novels owe a tremendous debt to Fleming. Craig’s Bond is returning to the spirit of the Fleming books. Read the novels, especially the violent action setpieces, and compare them to those in “Casino Royale” and you’ll see the true source of the rebooted Bond. With his attention to detail and unflinching description of violence and the physical and emotional toll it takes Ian Fleming did it all decades ago.

The oversized gun works. It’s a revenge movie and he’s just…pissed. It shows the internal strife and is just…fucking awesome.

I like it just fine. Says all that needs to be said. James Bond - icon. I’m looking forward to this as much as anything else this year.

…and the title strikes me as very fitting for the mood of a Bond film.

I like the one on the left - it’s a bit more mysterious and intriguing, like Bond. Th one on the right is kind of boring though….”OOOOH BIG GUN!” I mean, why not just have him riding a nuke ala Major Kong in Dr. Strangelove. He doesn’t even have a tux on!

call me picky but the lighting on the left poster is brightest at the top right, the shadow seems to be at the wrong angle. I really like the style though and yes the BFG does prove Daniel Craig is a cooler bond!

I actually like the title as well, although it is a bit emo.

i think that gun says it ALL about the daniel craig bond! someone needs to photoshop all the other bonds holding that tiny little walter ppk or whatever in both hands next to daniel craig with his BFG

This isn’t the Bond of old. So there isn’t a “bond gun” to be had in the trailer or these posters. Which is why I do like these new films.

I wasnt sure on the gun used in the trailer because it isnt a “Bond” gun and its the same with this poster, Just doesnt work for me.

But very excited about this film.
