Man I remember them things. When I was a kid I would peek under the stage curtains when they weren’t working and I would be scared to see them lifeless behind the curtains.
It kinda is sad to see these awesome characters get rejected like the way chuck e cheese did with em. I am glad to see someone is trying to save a part of our childhood.

I think I kinda remember those things from Chuck E Cheese.. But from what I remember they never really made a prfound impression on me. At 9 I dint really give a shit ……. But at 36 I welcome them as part of my weekly acid flashbacks to times I don’t remember all that well.

OMG, There is a place in my hometown (Huntington/Barboursville WV) where they still have this entire setup, it’s called Billy Bob’s Wonderland i remember having just about every birthday until the age of 13 there.
It was amazing, on cue every 15 mins or so, the curtains would open and ANIMATRONIC INSANITY would spew out into the crowd of kids!
It moved from its original location when i was a kid, to across the street and opened up a mini putt-putt and go-karts, but the whole gang is still there.
