He didn't notice it until later but he found Joker playing cards scattered all throughout the store, same kind as on the poster and there were alternate (character) designs as well. These guys were going into comic stores and leaving these Joker cards to promote the movie that long ago. I think I saved a few but they were literally just regular playing cards you get in any deck. Yeah that looks very cool.
