listen the only reason u ppl dont like wanted because u ppl probaly dont like action movies and blood cus that was wat wanted was about it told a story and wall-e is more a movie all the kids would want to see becuse it doesnt show any blood and has great action but u ppl dont have to argue about which movie is better i mean everybody has there same opinion so if u like wanted u like wanted if u like wall-e u like wall-e i mean itz wat u like u dont have to make a point y they are better than each other no offence just making a point

Wanted sucked

So far away from the comic that i don’t why they keep making films that have nothing to do with the source material

I like Miller stuff but Wanted was a waste of my time and money

I had more fun watching matrix 2 and 3

Ok, here’s the reason that WALL-E kicks butt: It’s already got over $60 million in sales at the box office, and that’s way more than Wanted. Plus, most people go out as a family for a film. As someone said on here, would parents REALLY want their kids to see people killing other people with such violence? I didn’t think so.

I agree with Chip, WALL-E is definitely going to be a hit. Everyone loved it so much, they might even make a sequel! I don’t even wanna know what Wanted is about. I saw WALL-E today, and loved it so much!

WALL-E will ultimately make more than Wanted, which I don’t even want to see. It’s already beat it this weekend, and with the critic and audience buzz don’t think Wanted will do better domestically or internationally.

btw, I did see WALL-E and I LOVED it.

Wanted looks good, and so does Wall-E…But let’s be honest. Wall-E is a kid’s movie, and while I’d like to see it eventually, I think I’m going to opt for the more mature movie this Friday.

I agree with J.D this site is too obsessed with Wall-E. And I think they have started a hatred towards “Wanted” without reason. The obsession with Wall-E is diminishing my need to see it.

Why is everything always some sort of pre-cog competition?
I’m rooting for both films to be good. It’s not hard to do. Most predictions were that Wall-e would be one of the top grossing films of the year, so It will be no surprise when it performs well. Wanted is a fringe book and I’ll support most any graphic novel that makes it to the screen. Their success bodes well for other comics to do the same.

Like most people, I haven’t read the Wanted comic and I don’t care if the film resembles it. Strange enough, Millar doesn’t seem to care either. I’ll see Wanted and evaluate it on its own merits. I’ve really liked what I’ve seen so far. If the can string together sequences like that throughout the film, I will be well entertained.

Jolie is one of a handful of actresses that can actually pull off a character like the one she plays here. She looks perfect for the part. Macavoy’s fish out of water character may or may not work. I’m assuming the film will have a decent character arc for him.

It goes without saying, Wall-e is the main attraction of the week (and possibly the year). Face it, Pixar knows how to make better movies than most everyone else trying to make movies. The anticipation is warranted.

I find it interesting because it seems as though they’re really don’t know whom to market this movie for. The younger adults (I’m 20 and my fiance is 25)- least the ones i know and talk to- want nothing to do with this flick simply based that it looks TOO over the top- as if they’re trying too hard. As for the comic market- it doesn’t really stick to it at ALL…hm rather confusing. I really do think Wall-E is going to kick their ass in box office and rightly so, he has every right to feel threatened-though I don’t believe he’s malicious about it….

i saw wall-e today on moscow film festival and it rocks! it is retro futuristic dystopian romcom with warmth and heart. it’s alive, it’s huge.
