Jetfire starts as a decepticon as he was Starscreams best friend. He vanished before the war starts so is unaware that starscream sided with megatron. he is converted to autobots when starscream slips and does something he would not have done in the past while a autobot protects. (normally its star scream ordering the of someone and then doing it when jetfire refuses).

yeah jetfire is an autobot….i dont get it.
they’re giving the depticons too many aerial fighters
if they make T3 they should have a aerial battle scene with good and bad…that would be cool to see

I like the new Decepticon, but I do not like the name for him, so why don’t we change the the name from Jetfire to Skywarp, and if Megatron does come back in the second movie lets give him the form of a Stealth Bomber the one the that looks like a giant boomeraang, kind of like the ones that they showed in Independence Day.

Damn, this actually looks better then most of the bots in the first movie lol. They should hire these guys. I tell you what, I got a GOOOOD feeling that this bot will probably be the coolest bot they have in the new movie. I so hope that it looks as good as these drawings are. Also, when you all were much younger you all know that the SR-71 Blackbird always intrigued you and most young boys had a toy SR-71 in some form or another, either diecast or plastic lol. I will be one of the first to admit that I did. Awesome job guys…. Anthony

Some parts look pretty good. A lot of the body pieces look like they were just thrown on to show girth on the character though and that’s what makes it hard for me to make out.

As spiney and as “wild” the Tranformer movie designs are. You can usually see most of the “parts” of the vehicles they becomes on as soon as you look at them.

Overall though, interesting concept.

Also in regard to the film version of Skyfire. I know it most likely won’t happen. But I would love if his head did resemble a Valkyrie’s.
