I hope the “Human Giant” show won’t be effected by this. And Aziz, I have a feeling this new Office Spin-off is going to blast your career off big time!! (Best of luck to you).

Not too big a fan of the Office (US version). I find Carrell very unfunny. (IMO) Rainn Wilson is the real star of that show.

Paul Feig and Anzari are two reasons why I WILL be tuning into this spinoff. Love those guys. And @ McLovin, there’s allready a show about that called “10 items or Less” and it’s a blatant Office ripoff.

I’ll also add that one thing I’ve always appreciated about Freaks and Geeks was how it managed to be heartbreakingly tragic and painfully funny at the same time. Feig made it work.

The Office shares that same exact quality so I can’t see a more perfect writer to handle this spin-off.

It’s easy to doubt that anything good could come from a spin-off but, i’ll admit, things are looking more and more promising by the minute. Paul Feig is an excellent writer and I’ll second that comment about his books.
