As for Primes death, if you read some comments you will find that subject being mentioned. I don’t know where these people are geting their info, but more than one person has said the same thing. And I know that MP Skywarp is a repaint of MP Starscream. Even the old G1 jets where produced using the same mold. So there’s no big mystery there.

And Rivermorgan…….the MP Skywarp is the same as Starscream,but comes in a big Japanese box w. accessories,decals,and Dr.Archaville. It is Very hard to get and looks
very cool.The face is interchangeable, and my wife thinks I’m nuts.

A-Where does it say in my comment that “I started the subject of phony scripts”?
B-I found it fascinating to discuss a lot of the cards left unturned in the storyline.Mainly in regards to their past.History is the study of the past.So yes it is historical in the terms that I am referring to.
C-Since you guys are so caught in bashing people for false info, I’d like to know where you are getting yours on Prime’s death.

Contary to what your own belief, you did not start the subject of “Phony scripts”. That topic was well within it’s third trimester long before you posted a topic about it on this site. And what do you mean “Get back to the historical science of the storyline”? A, it’s not historical, and B, the storyline is what everyone’s been discussing since the big bang. You seem to have so much faith in Bay staying true to the G1 series. Yet evidence points to him breaking the one rule that would result in him being lynched by G1 fans. “KILLING PRIME”.

OK…….All of this talk is starting to get stale.It seems that back when I was “shooting my mouth off” about phony scripts the fire was lit. Lets get back to the historical science of the storyline and try to see just how cool Bay is going to make this movie.I’ve seen a lot of the new character pics and so far I think it is extremely cool that Bay is sticking to the original G1 characters.But of Bay can’t resist to add a few of his own.From what I can see so far he is keeping his characters G1 style and we all loved seeing the great big introductions to the new characters in the G1 series.I always loved seeing a new character in the G1 series………..and hated every other series to follow.The G1 series was directed at a more mature audience and the writers even mentioned that they had more freedom in the 80’s in regards to the writing than they did shortly after.

yeah. definantly. i was just about to say the same thing. if they are to kill Optimus off this early…words can not describe the feeling. that would be so fricken messed up. “C’mon Bay, think about it for a moment before you actually do it”. and i try not to believe everything i hear and read about tf2. i have that kind of mind that takes in everything and anything and begins to make up possible outcomes of what MIGHT happen. just sayin.

Anon. Don’t beleive everything you hear or read. The reason he was brought back in the cartoon is because there was a huge up roar about it. He was basicly a hero to the children. When they killed him off they didn’t just kill the charractor, they killed their best freind. And now they’re talking about killing him as early as the second film? THINK BAY, THINK. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. IF YOU SAW SOMEONE BREAK HIS LEG TRYING TO FLY, WOULD YOU TRY IT YOURSELF? You get my point, right?

oh my gosh! i wish for just once, even if it lasted like two minutes, i could see some of shooting of this movie. i understand i could just as well go to Youtube or some other website and watch some but i bet its not the same as seeing with your own eyes…
and that sucks that they are gonna bury Optimus. and once again i know he dies…and i also remember reading something off a website that said that at the end of the original movie, when showing the credits i think, something came up that said “Optimus Prime will return” or whatever. i probably didnt word it right but you get the point.

Prime dead? They tryed that once before. And like before, “the greatest Transformer of them all, Optimus prime, will return”. They may bury him, that doesn’t mean he’s dead. This is only the second film, it’s too soon to kill Prime off. Maybe in the third one, maybe. If he is killed in this film, which I seriously doubt. then it has to be by Megatrons hands. I’m talking a big epic battle like the 86′ movie, that’s the only justifiable way that can do it. If he’s killed by anyone else then it’s wrong. Or they should give him a heros death, and have him sacrifice himself to save the others. Any other death will not be worthy of the charractor.

Just want to clear up, when I say about what songs were used. I’m not talking about the songs that were played on Bumblebees radio. They don’t count. I mean the songs that were played in the background during the Battle and Chase scenes.

What I’ve done wasn’t the main song used in TF1, it was just used during the end credits and the trailer. The music in TF2 is going to be scored by Steve Jablonsky, the same guy who scored TF1. Only 2 or 3 songs were actually used, “Pretty andsome awkward” by The Used, “Doomsday Clock” by Smashing Pumpkins, and I think ” This Moment” by Disturbed was another. I personally don’t mind what songs they have, as long as they fit. You can’t show a 10 car pile up and play Jewel. Just like Godsmack wouldn’t work during a romantic scene.

ok well, this is a weird question but has anyone thought of what type of music will be performed in tf2? like for example, in the ‘07 movie, the main song was ‘what i’ve done’ by Linkin Park. i was sitting here the other day listening to my rock CDs and began to think of this movie. whether people want to respond to this question or not, it will definantly be on my mind

I can’t believe they actually made a question pertaining to why jetfire/skyfire has a decepticon logo, i don’t think the writers of this story are transformer fans. considering ep. 07 in the g1 series tells how jetfire and starscream were scientists on cybertron and they were exploring earth and jetfire went down crashing in the ice and jetfire had a change of heart and didnt want to kill humans.
