David Koepp wrote the script. I had no Idea that George or Steven actually wrote parts of the movie.

Lucas still had to approve and oversee the script,
he also gave the basic story and plot that David Koepp had to follow,
so overall it’s still Lucas’s fault.

Besides why did he let David Koepp do it anyway, thats lame as hell???

a) I really liked Indy 4, b) Why the hate on Lucas and not Speilberg? I immediately blamed Speilberg for the CG gophers. That’s not a script thing, it seems like a director’s choice.

I don’t understand why Lucas gets all the blame on this since Speilberg was just as much in charge. Can anyone explain?

So, will the Indy 4 “Special Edition” be CG-free, like Spielberg intended. That would be pretty damn sweet if it is! Nothing against Lucas, of course. He is THE MAN and pwns us all when it comes to CG and its rise to prominence.

All the stigma surrounding Lucas would be considerably less annoying if Spielberg didn’t always seem to get such a free ride. For all the talk about Jar Jar Binks I can’t think of a single scene where he was nearly as bad as Ian Malcolm’s daughter using gymnastics on the Velociraptor.
