The first batch of set photos from Transformers 2 have hit the internet via the Transformers Live Action Movie Blog. And while Michael Bay is over on his message board trying to convince everyone that the movie sets are actually an elaborate ploy to plaster more disinformation on internet fan sites (of course I kid), there isn’t anything really exciting to look at here. What you see below is that Bethlehem Steel site in Bethlehem, PA that was mentioned a couple weeks back. As expected, DreamWorks has begun transforming the iconic furnaces in south Bethlehem into a Chinese locale. Here are the details from the TLAMB:

• The east side of the site is being re-developed so most of the shooting will take place on the west side.
• A new concept car (possible Transformer?) not used in the first movie will be used there
• Two Blackhawk helicopters will be used
• A car hauler was seen with 2 Saturns and 5 Chinese styled cop cars (unknown make and model) with Chinese lettering on them.

And we know that a casting call was put out for Asian military looking people. So we can only assume a big robot attack will happen on Chinese soil. Check out more photos on the Transformers movie blog.
