I know the hobbit is an amazing story, but i think i’m more excited about film 2, as that will be the place where most of our our friends can return. the possibilities are endless, and mostly i cannot wait to see wood as frodo again!

I for one am looking forward to this. While I enjoy LOTR quite a bit and am in awe of the amount of work put into them - there are some significant and deep flaws as well - some of them stemming from problems in the original story, others in Peter taking himself too seriously. Hobbit was always a better narrative IMO. I think this team of Peter producing and Guillermo directing could be brilliant.

this will be like a family reunion, and its so good to hear the 5 films will look basically the same. it’s funny, i know the hobbit is an amazing story, but i think i’m more excited about film 2, as that will be the place where most of our our friends can return. the possibilities are endless, and mostly i cannot wait to see wood as frodo again!
