Just seeing the video made me question. If Toy Story was alsmost done when they did the lunch, why did they decide to put Wall-E into it? So i searched my dvd's. There is not even a garbage can next to the house in Toy Story. Whoever made the video edited some stuff into it. Cars is the same. In the shot where Wall-E was allegedly spotted, he buzzed by fast, so I watched it at 1/16 of the speed to make sure not to miss him. Right as Lightning blinks in the online video, Wall-E is seen. However on the DVD he is non existent. Congratulations guys! This goes to show you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.
