There is no way this is real. 5 million Lego’s would weigh a hell of a lot more than these guys could push.

12500 kg x 2.20452262 lbs = 27557.78275 lbs

27557.78275 lbs/2000 lbs (1 Ton) = 13.778891375 Tons

As has been reported elsewhere, I’m not entirely convinced this is real. I’m sure part of it is legos… but if it’s really 5 million pieces, and they weigh, on average 2.5 grams, you’re looking at over 10 tons of weight there.

Hey Peter,

I’ve been reading /film for a few months now and I really enjoy it, keep up the good work. Now, on to business… I noticed you’ve posted on some awesome movie theaters like the Alamo in Cool Stuff lately. Well my dad and I are taking a Man trip from Detroit to Boston tomorrow (to see our beloved Pistons take on the Celtics). With us in Boston and Indy 4 coming out Thursday, I was wondering if you had any tips on a quality theater in the Boston area to check out. Thanks. If anyone else has any ideas that would be great.

Where’s the back story and the aftermath!? I want to know if the street is blocked off or if they got in trouble or what… cause holy crap, if my car got hit by a nine-foot Lego ball I’d be more than furious.
