Peter : do you ever sleep? haha seems like you post something new every hour…which is a great thing for nighthawks like myself, so keep up the good work
more DK posts… i dont know why, but i seriously cannot get enough of these posts… however frightened i might be that this film might not live up to its hype, its still an amazing experience to see constant vids/pics that look phenomenonal… i have also noticed a difference in tone when the joker says ‘we are tonights entertainment’ than the trailer… anyone else agree?

    Chadwick: Sleep? Never! ZZZZZzzzzzzz

    @ chadwick

i noticed the same difference! i actually like the other way better, his voice raises higher in the the other one, makes it more fun.

anyone else get the feeling this might be kinda scary? holy shit would that be cool!

Spooky/Eerie sequence there on the first video. around 6 secs.

    on the difference of voice:

they probably just used another take in the trailer. no biggie i guess.

  7. Gravatar

that second one also aired during the season finale of Brothers & Sisters

    Cannot wait.

I was there as an extra during the filming of the penthouse scene, the way Joker says the good evening ladies and gentlemen and entertainment lines in the TV spot is different from the trailer because it’s from rehearsals while the one from the trailer is what will be used in the movie. I don’t why they showed the rehearsals lines in the TV spot.

    Poor Heath…
I think this movie will live up to its hype. I cannot wait to see it!

The reason why they used a different voice tag is because tv spots have to be a certain length and cant go over unless the company wants to pay extra money. That line was much faster then the real one they’ll use in the movie. Even if it’s a second longer it would have cost more money for the spot.

    C’MON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HIT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    F- YEAH!

  13. Gravatar

Damn, I was hoping it would have been Rated R.

  14. Gravatar

that top one was pretty slick

  15. Gravatar

I think I just had an accident in my pants…………

  16. Gravatar

I was going to get Why So Serious tatt’d on me somewhere, but I think I might switch to the far more bad ass C’MON HIT ME.

  17. Gravatar

Of course Peter doesn’t sleep. Everybody knows he’s not human, lol. Ratings, shmaytings. It can easily be PG-13 and still rock. I’ve seen some R-Rated flicks that weren’t any better for it.

damnit we still have 2+ months!!!! trying really hard not to look at spoilers….

  19. Gravatar

I refuse for this to be anything short of amazing.

I refuse for this to be anything short of amazing.

Also, the line “He does that” is straight from the Long Halloween

The more I see of Ledger’s performance, the more I like it. I do get that sense of true horror that the Joker arouses. The first spot is amazing, the second above average.

  22. Gravatar

That first spot is amazing. I also noticed a “new” sounding evil laugh from Ledger there.

I loved seeing Bruce fire those gauntlet blades. I really hope Batman does plenty of ass-kicking in this new film.

  23. Gravatar

Heath Ledger’s gonna own this movie!

  24. Gravatar

whats up with the end with the what looks like a recording of joker that scared me when i first saw the tv spot.
