Yea. I like it a lot. Definitely better than the other Cullen family shots or the EW cover (which looked grotesque in my opinion).

Here, Edward looks protective and supernatural and Bella looks like she’s in character. That being said, I think it could’ve been a little bit warmer if Rob would’ve made eye contact with Bella or even the camera.

I don’t understand. Hardly anyone has posted regarding the movie poster. Isn’t that what this particular post is about?

I like the look of the poster. Definately the best thing I’ve seen of the Twilight Movie media released. I like the softness of it, as well as how not-evil Rob actually looks. Anyone else have an opinion of this poster (and by poster, I do mean this poster seen at the top of the page, not of the trailer, the books, the idea, etc.). I’d like to see what everyone thinks of it.

You guys need to stop dissing the Twilight book and movie, the book is wonderful, they casted it perfectly and the movie wont be as good as the book but it will still be great. The book doesnt resembel any of that gay Buffy the vampire slayer junk, this story is very unique!!!!!

I can understand you having your own opinions, but to be perfectly frank, it is not very mature to insult others like myself who happen to enjoy the books, and are very excited about seeing this. I must say it’s a more positive use of energy then drugs or alcohol. At least it gets them reading and from sitting in front of the television or computer, and gets their minds working.

Curiousity got the better of me, so I read Twilight over the
weekend. I do see and understand the teen draw. The story is
definitely a romance with all the angst that goes with it. It’s a fun
and easy ready and engaging enough that I didn’t put it down
often.

I still don’t think the trailer is very good and I can already
tell they’ve taken liberties with the story, of course they always
do. Honestly, I’m not sure how well this will translate to film.
Considering the story is told in the first person the
liberties they might take will keep the film from looking as if
it is following Bella around a la reality TV.

I’ve been reading so much about this crap on here, and seeing all the comments from teenage girls, lonely housewives, and gay dads– it piqued my curiosity. I picked it up at Barnes and Noble (right next to a goth display advertising for people to show up for the midnight release of ‘breaking dawn’ in their “finest vampire attire”) and read a bit of the first two pages.

It seems really awful, I used to read books like that when I was fourteen, it doesn’t really appeal to me now. However, I have it on order from the library (I ain’t payin for that shit) and when it comes in I’m gonna read it, thinking that somewhere in the middle of the book there’s some pants crapping revelation that makes all this fan-girl-mom-gaydading make sense.

Lots of posts about Twilight=lots of Twilight fans come to the site=ton of target demo traffic=Peter gets an advertising contract with the lead up to the release of the movie and we dont have to deal with that fucking emoticon ad that screams HELLO through your speakers every time you mouse over it.

It’s very likely that they’ve changed a lot from the books. I mean, James wasn’t even an enemy of the Cullens in the novels - he just randomly showed and decided he wanted to kill Bella ’cause he could. But like all books-turned-movies, things have to be changed either to make the audience respond or time restraints, whatever.

Please for the love of god, stop posting about this movie. There is going to be lots of promo for this, but again, its targeted at middle school young teenage girls. Sure, its sold a lot of books, but you are a grown ass man and need some limits. Do not sell out. We have seen the trailer and it is clearly garbage.

after reading twilight, its hardly action packed. its like 99% mushy teen romance and 1% somewhat action which im not surprised. but im sure in the film, theylll heighten that action by 10x folds.
