First off Leonardo DiCaprio SHOULD NOT be Captain America. He doesn't seem the part.

********************Captain America*********************

I think Jensen Ackles would make a great Captain. Why? Well he is tough, he has humor, he has the American acsent, he is about the right age as Captain America, and he as the look of a hero. Red Skull should be the villain. I think Viggo Mortenson should play Red Skull. Why? Becuase he's a great actor, has played tough guys in recent roles, and would make a great villain.

**************************Thor*************************

I don't know who should be Thor. Loki should be the villain. I think Loki should be played by Mathew Marsden. Why? He has that personality and style that would make him a great Loki.

*************************Iron Man 2*********************

All main cast from last film that didn't die return. Either the Mandarin should be in it, or be mentioned. Mandarin should be played by Chow Yun Fat. Why? He's a great actor, he's tough, and he would make a great villain.

**************************Avengers*********************

Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Jensen Ackles as Steve Rogers/Captain America, Ed Norton as Bruce Banner/Hulk, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, and Terrence Howard as Jim Rhodes/War Machine.
************************************************************************************************************

So here's all the cast from Captain America to Avengers:

Steve Rogers/Captain America- Jensen Ackles
Red Skull- Viggo Mortenson

Loki- Mathew Marsden

Tony Stark/Iron Man- Robert Downey Jr.
Jim Rhodes/War Machine- Terrence Howard
Pepper Potts-Gwenith Paltrow
Mandarin- Chow Yun Fat

Bruce Banner/Hulk- Ed Norton
Bettey Ross- Liv Tyler

Nick Fury- Samuel L. Jackson

I'm interested to see how they treat Captain America. Especially given all the issues surrounding American involvement in world politics and the place of the US military, issues which are certainly part of both Iron Man and The Amazing Hulk. They'll have to be moreso when the character is essentially a personification of a particular period of American history.

Ant Man interests me because I don't know how they expect it to feed into their momentum up to The Avengers. Which is a shame, because marketing forces will probably dictate that this movie comes out much later, or to DVD, if ever at all. But that's fine with me; I really don't know how they can make more out of that character anyway.

Thor is going to be *really* difficult. Either he's a god, in which case you just added Asgard and all the Viking gods to the Marvel on-screen universe. Or he's crazy, and only thinks he's a god. In which case, how do you make Thor a hero? In the Avengers he can be an interesting side character, the eccentric-but-lovable superhero. On his own he's just a madman with superpowers. The Hulk is more easily written for; at least Banner is aware that there's something 'wrong' with him.

I also want to see how they handle The Avengers from a marketing standpoint. Will this crossover trick work out for them, or will they build up too many big characters and have an ensemble cast of what should each be main characters that compete for limited screen time, leaving us with an incoherent story interspersed between wild action shots. (This, by the way, is why a JLA movie will never work; Batman and Superman together don't leave enough space for a villain, let alone for the rest of the team).

The only one I really am interested in watching, right now, is the Avengers. Because Iron Man worked so well, and I'd like to see Bruce Banner gain some control, and maybe get back his girl. But my expectations are pretty low.

Iron Man 2:
Not looking forward to this. Why all the sequels? You told the story, it was good, ok, now let's move on. A sequel should only be made if it's introducing a huge change in mythos of a character. Who wants to see the same movie where it's a year later and he's still doing the same crap? Not me.

THOR:
I'd go see this just because there's a strong chance to see a new type of superhero movie. One w/o tons of product placement, hip slang and snappy one-liners.
I'm seeing a combination of Legend, Clash of the Titans and maybe a little Superman.

Captain America:
Looking forward to Cap because if done right can be better than I.M. It would definitely have to be set in WW2 and should have the color treatment of 300.

Avengers:
This could be incredible if the right actors and writer/director is on board. If it turns out to be a cg film then it would have to be stylistic and not realistic. Forgive me but, I didn't like Beowulf and if they go that route it'll fail. Cg allows you to do what you couldn't with live action so utilize that and go all out!

**I went to see T.I.Hulk yesterday on a whim and I couldn't believe they outdid the level of crap they dished out the first time. While the 1st installment had an eastern sensibility, the second is definitely western. Lot's of action and explosions. Not too much thinking necessary.
It felt more like the comic than the 1st though. Which is the idea, no?

I would've been happy waiting to see the hulk in the Avengers than see another steamy pile of a movie.

CAN'T WAIT FOR "THE WATCHMEN".

Wanted looks like crap.

Let's see, who cares who likes comics or superhero movies or not? I sure as 'ell don't care. The fact of the matter is, if you don't like it...don't watch it...duh(phonics works for me). Sure I can go in for a movie like Amistad, The Prestige, There Will Be Blood, or even an Alec Guinness Shakespearian movie(let's see what yahoo will comment on the spelling instead of the INTELLIGENT POINT...let me guess, lol!), but I love a good old kick your arse superhuman movie anyday(WITH GREAT ACTORS). It's about time they make movies like this THAT ARE FINALLY BEING DONE "RIGHT"! And get this, kids can watch these things and ACTUALLY focus their minds in SOME direction instead of the SPECIAL INTEREST crap that did nothing but get other kids killed. I say bring on the movies that made childhood so great that actually made you take risks on the playground which in turn made you take risks in life LIKE A MAN. So everyone...enjoy these movies and all the ones YOU love, and screw the people who put you down for it...they'll be the ones washing your car someday. Here...use MY middle finger if you need to.

Seeing Marvel finance their own films now is fantastic, and the success of the new Hulk should go a long way. Of course, a successful Iron Man is also a big plus when we're heading for an Avengers film. I am wondering if the new Hulk isn't also a chance to give Norton an appearance in the Avengers movie. Hulk was an Avenger briefly, of course.

As for Iron Man fighting another Iron Man, that was true to the comic background of the character and I thought they did it well. Bridges was great.

I am most anticipating The Avengers and the Ant-Man flick. Marvel's recent successes and their loyalty to fans of the comics ought to make for some must-see movies.

There are good marvel/superhero movies like Spider-Man 1, 2, Superman Returns, X-Men 1,2,3, Iron Man...

But then there are bad marvel/dc/superhero movies like Ghost Rider, The Punisher, Blade 2, 3, Spider-Man 3, Incredible Hulk (2000).

If they pull it off and make an awesome movie like Iron Man, then I'll be pumped about Thor, Captain America, Iron Man 2, Avengers, etc.

I'm huge into superheroes and I say keep bringing them to the big screen so long as you do it justice.

You know? Thor can be done to absolute perfection. Seriously. I didn't think so at first, but after looking at the big picture, it's totally doable. Here's how: Use the same approach as the one that we all seem to support for the Captain America Film. Make it a period piece that features the classic character and maybe include Asgard and his fellow Gods. Go all out, making it as fantastic as possible. Then in the Avengers film, have a modern-day Thor plucked right out of The Ultimates 1&2 played by the same actor (I think Kevin Durand is perfect for the role, you can catch him now playing bad-ass merc Martin Keamy on ABC's 'Lost' or wait till next year to see him in 'Wolverine: Origin' as The Blob). I think it makes a lot of sense to see the progression of the character from Norse God to a God that needs to fit in with a humanity that has stopped believing in his kind. I LOVE Marvel for keeping things in house and finally giving us a chance to believe that these ideas that were once fantasy could even be remotely possible.
