I really hope this movie does well…I love Robert Downey Jr. He is very charismatic but always seems to make good movies that no one sees.

That’s kinda lame you couldn’t get into the Arclight? How’d a bunch of “fanboys” get in yet media guys didn’t?

GTA: IV will not damper Iron Man’s weekend.

Also, it seems like most people are assuming the new Dark Knight trailer is showing with Iron Man. I have no idea if it is or not, but if I had to guess, i’d go with Peter and say it’s not.

I seriously don’t expect GTA IV to make much (if any) difference. I bought the game and I’m still seeing “Iron Man” on Thursday.

I feel like the days of a film being called “record breaking” and that actually meaning something are well and truly over. It used to be a big deal and records would be held for years if not decades. Now it’s just naturally expected that each blockbuster will beat the last. Why do we care anyway? It’s not like it benefits anyone but the studio.

That said, Iron Man is the first ‘event movie’ i’ve been excited about in some time…

People will be playing GTA IV

There is also not a large fan base for Iron Man along with Robert Downey Jr.

Nobody really knows Terrance Howard yet, and people didnt even realize Gweneth Paltrow was still alive.
