Juno II Movie Trailer created by Mad TV

The Pitch: “From the irritatingly quirky mind of Oscar Award winning Diablo Cody comes the sequel that half the country has been violently waiting for. Juno kills a homeless man and has conversations full of inane pop-cultured nonsense.”

Wanna read something funny? Check out the plot summary for Jennifer’s Body. Anyone else smell one hit wonder?

i can honestly say i’ve never even chuckled at mad tv. this is not an over exagerrated post to get a point across, i seriously have never laughed at a mad tv sketch.

This reminds me how ridiculously unrealistic the dialogue in Juno was, and how underwhelmed I felt after I saw it.

While I hate madtv and I don’t really like it when Juno is made fun of, because it was a pretty good movie, the dialogue in it was kind of ridiculous at times, so it’s easy to see how it’s being made fun of so much.

I cannot believe Diablo Cody won an Oscar.

i love how everyone is anti-juno now, as if they never we’re suckling Diablo’s stripper teat from the getgo.

    ^^ So true.
This video was on digg a couple of weeks ago and I hated it then to. Whats with the waves of spoof comedy recently? Does anyone know how to write anything original anymore? I find it exceedingly surprising that you would enjoy such an immature and un-original shot at a movie that you obviously love to bits Peter.

Wow…my first reaction was “MadTV was still on the air? Who knew?”

very bad skit, MAD used to be really funny with from season 1-5, not its just horrible….

  11. Gravatar

    horrible

“I cannot believe Diablo Cody won an Oscar.”

    Pretty much.

The thing that pisses me off the most when it comes to movie related things is sketch comedy making fun of brilliance. I hate when a brilliant movie comes out. When I say brilliant I mean it is loved by both the critic and fans. I hated SNL song skit about Narnia and I hate this skit even more. I am defending Diablo Cody and Juno right now. For all of you out there who have a limited vocabulary and laughs at every time some says penis, how’s about you grow a brain and use it. There is a book called a Dictionary uses it’s very helpful. Diablo Cody was a stripper who blogged. Spending so much time on the Internet she learned a lot on how teens talk today. Superbad wasn’t all that funny, I laughed maybe five times but Juno I was almost crying that’s how funny it was. Humor doesn’t always have to be penis jokes. I would like to believe that we as a spice can enjoy fine art and actually have some sophistication.

Some people didn’t like Juno from the get-go, so don’t assume everyone did and are now turning on the film. I thought it was a “meh” movie at best when it came out and won’t buy it on DVD. This skit wasn’t funny though. It just reminded me how lame the original was.

Wow you actually posted something that criticized Juno…congratulations!

  16. Gravatar

Sweet shit, Madtv is abysmal. Their day players couldn’t sell a joke if it came with a free fist-fuck.
    No, Peter. No.

Some cheese with your whine Orren? Juno was FAR from brilliant. It was average at best. Totally agree about the dick jokes though. Maybe switch to decaf.

Evil: Funny is funny. Who cares about the point, Jun o is still awesome :)

Mad TV seriously sucks. Do they even try? I don’t think so.. it was never funny. “Jewno” was well acted and written:

Robert I may have been a little hasty with my word and ranted (“whine”) but I am sticking to what I said. My OPINION is that Juno was the funniest film from 2007. I like Independent film they do more for me then mainstream films, so to me this film was brilliant. By the way I don’t drink coffee I am just a passionate writer.

  21. Gravatar

I laugh at lowball humor and actually enjoyed this. Juno was alright, but who really talks like that?

  22. Gravatar

Obviously Juno was NOT very well researched before filmed. Juno is not “reality” based. It’s like making fun of the mentally handicapped or someother minority . . . Therefore it is offensive to the 6.5+ MILLION mothers who have undergone forced relinqueshments, mothers who suffer from lifelong PTSD, imagine being drugged after delivery and your infant taken after forced signatures . . .. So an OSCAR was won on the backs of suffering Mothers and children. Yes, there are plenty of people out there that have had their lives completely altered and some cases ruined because of careless adoption practices.

Don’t forget the 1.6 BILLION annual ADOPTION INDUSTRY . . . where do you think they get their PRODUCT??? A society that can laugh about this subject makes me naucous . . . CAN I STILL LIVE IN A SOCIETY that does. . . . I give this credit for trying . . . A REAL DOCUMENTRY IS WHAT WE NEED, everyone forgets about the Mothers, where are Juno II’s socialwrecker nightmare’s, flashbacks, and PTSD symptoms . . . hummmm she didn’t look suicidal enough to be realistic . . .
