The transitions they used for the video were kind of lame and cheesy, but I think the FX are pretty cool, and I personally find the song to be rather catchy. Most of the English lyrics are from the original theme song, and I'm not really sure where you're getting the whole "I tear up every party I’m at” either... Anyway, it looks like it might be worth seeing in theaters. /shrug

Seriously.. this movie looks like it will BLOW with a capital "B,L,O,W"...

I'm into heavy metal and extremely dislike hip hop (or whatever the hell else you would classify that Speed Racer song), so if I had to vomit every time I heard a bad movie theme song, I'd be bulimic. I tried watching the whole video here, but just couldn't do it. I had to just skip through it to get an idea of what it sounded like. It's probably not the worst thing I've ever heard, but still, no thanks. I'm with Captain Awesome, Slayer would have been the better choice to do the theme song.

I heard the song and for some reason I couldn't stop punching myself in the face. I couldn't figure out why and then I realized that getting hit in the face felt better and was taking my mind off of what was happening to my eyes and ears. I felt like I was being punished for being alive and conscious while this video was playing. My body will recover but my mind will never be the same. I think Im deaf in one ear and can only hear R. Kelly's Trapped in The Closet in the other. Damn you Speed Racer theme song!!!!!

Guys, this movie is designed for KIDS, and, as such, it's actually a pretty good song. It wasn't meant to please any of you, really.

That song is not the Speed Racer theme song, and should not be attributed as such.

It's almost as bad as that lame-ass version of the Transformers theme song some idiots made for the movie.

At least they tried to make a song for the speed racer movie. Transformers theme remake sounded more like filler music that they wrote during lunch

Donivan: from the directors of The Matrix and the Matrix sequels I was expecting... oh, music as cool as what was featured in The MAtrix trilogy (yes, even the sequels had great music). And this music is... just... BAD.
