Are you ready for another unnecessary horror remake? Check out this Cannes Promo Trailer for Josef Rusnak’s remake of Larry Cohen’s 1974 creature feature It’s Alive starring Bijou Phillips (Hostel: Part II) and James Murray. The movie tells the story about a couple who find that their newborn baby, when scared, has an appetite for murder, when scared. Millennium Films produced, no release date has been announced. meh…the only remake i’d back 100% would be the rowdy roddy pipper epic, “They Live”. kickin ass an’ chewin bubblegum baby. i think if that one was treated seriously it’d be golden - though it’s pretty damn perfect as is.

ok this is one of the worst trailers ever to a bad looking remake.
the original was bad as is but at least had a monstrous deformed baby,which ran on rampage right after birth. it looks like they didnt change the story in a good way here - count me OUT

The trailer for the original was one of the scariest things I can remember seeing as a kid. I literally used to run and hide behind the couch when it came on. The movie itself not so much. This looks prety lame too.

This re-make looks like crap. The best thing about the original is not that it was a great movie, but that the little deformed baby was creepy even by today standards.
Just having a regular looking baby who gets mad….what is he the baby Hulk?
Also, the trailer says “be very, very quiet” isn’t that what Elmer Fudd use to say “be very, very quiet…Im hunting rabbit”. It looks so terrible that I thought it was ll a joke…wish it was. Another terrible Hollywood horror remake!!
