Paramount has released three new photos from the upcoming Ben Stiller Summer comedy Tropic Thunder. Not much is new, however there is an image that hints at an epic battle between Jack Black and a water buffalo. Check out the photos below. As always, click to enlarge.
Official Plot Synopsis: Ben Stiller, Jack Black and Robert Downey Jr. lead an ensemble cast in “Tropic Thunder,” an action comedy about a group of self-absorbed actors who set out to make the most expensive war film. After ballooning costs force the studio to cancel the movie, the frustrated director refuses to stop shooting, leading his cast into the jungles of Southeast Asia, where they encounter real bad guys.
Tropic Thunder hits theaters on August 15th 2008.

yea, seems like a good idea, but BUTCH, you seriously need to get your priorities straight. considering the movies come out 3 months apart of each other, its difficult to compare the 2.

I could care less if they came out 3 years apart, they have both been in development forever. The big diff is one is a rag ass sequel and the other original and down and dirty fun.

Looks funny, but im pretty sure Bill Murray did it first with “The man who knew too little” :P
