All I gotta say is that, everyone was all going nuts about a new Muppet movie, and then I saw this film and I gotta say I was very unimpressed and didn't really like the puppet show they put on. So just cause some guy plays the theme song on his piano and puts on a show he's the go to guy for a Muppet movie?! Regardless it's good to hear about a new Mup film.

Heartbreak Kid? Are you kidding me? I went to see "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" with no expectations and it was great! The audience was perceptive and the writing, the comedic timing, Jason Segal, it was a fun movie to see. I'm unsure why the "Forbidden Kingdom" is beating out "Sarah Marshall"? "Kingdom" has that phony "hollywood" - "an empty promise of a good time" look. The same look as "Seeker: The Dark Is Rising". I don't get it?

"Forgetting Sarah Marshall" was funny but not as funny as it could have been and...it kind of reminded me of that disaster "Heartbreak Kid."

But I like Jason Segal and wish the movie would have performed better for his sake.

Since most real experts predicted Sarah Marshall to end up in second, I'd say it's not really disappointing.

Apatow's name isn't the selling point to his movies, so general audiences aren't going to "develop" any taste for him. Audiences don't care about who the producer is. His movies don't say "from producer Judd Apatow", they say, "From the guys who brought you..." It's movie association, not name association. The success of "Zohan" will be on Adam Sandler's shoulders, and "Step Brothers" will be on Will Ferrell's.

The success or failure of Sarah Marshall will be determined by how well it holds over in the coming weeks, not solely on what it did this weekend, which is what you seem to be suggesting. The thing was dirt cheap and featured a first-time leading man. This is not a failure by any stretch of the imagination. It will easily turn a profit. The huge opening of "Superbad" is the exception, and should not be considered the standard.

I'm surprised Apatow's lasted this long, to be honest. He's a bit of a one-trick pony, except we already saw the trick before he even showed up.
