I saw Sarah Marshall last week at some free screening and the buzz didn’t seem nearly as high as when I went to similar screenings for Knocked Up and Superbad. But I think this movie will be successful overall.

I don’t get why people didn’t like Walk Hard. It was the first well done spoof film in years. I saw a prescreening of Sarah Marshall two weeks back and loved it. I can’t wait for the new Muppets movie.

I agree, this movie looks like it would be cool, but with the kid from Sky High in it, it lost all it apeals, it is def like some shitty 80s movie. I have no interest in seeing it in theaters, I guess I will rent it.

When this film was first being advertised with the “kid” in both the early trailers and commercials. They made the film out to be this really cheeseball 80’s type movie.

I’m assuming the kid in the film tested horribly with people and they since have cut him out completely from any of the advertising. Trying to make this film look like just a Li and Chan film almost completely.

Just got home from screening Sarah Marshall. Verdict is favorable. Very, very funny although possibly about 15 minutes too long.

We were also screening Forbidden but none of my employees stuck around to let me know how it was.
