no forums please!!! They clutter things up, NEVER stay on topic & ALWAYS start fights. However, if pete wants one ill completely support it, & there is the hope that /film’s readers wouldnt let the forum go to shit. Then again, we all saw that one cloverfield comments page get pretty ugly.

Well…These comment sections really aren’t much different than a forum. There is still a–holes on here trying to start fights.
As for forums being off topic…That’s what moderators are for. Even these comment sections get off topic - like now.
I really don’t know why you are so against creating a /film community…But that’s ok…I doubt they would open up a forum anyway.

Hi. We didn’t remove the birds from The Birds. This is an art project by someone unrelated to /Film, we’ve simply reported on it because it’s cool. Slashfilm is a movie news site. Have a look around and let us know if you have any questions/comments.

Looking at the stills, it seems the artist hasn’t done a great job of bird removal. The original clouds are all gone in both examples. Great idea, but if I was going to mess with the Master of Suspense’s work, I’d be sure to do a much metter job!
