The only Pixar short I've been disappointed by was Mike's New Car. I think you're definitely holding Pixar to too high of a standard, if you can't enjoy Lifted for just a terrifically executed bit of fun. It would get tiresome if every Pixar short had to be some deep heartfelt tale every single time. (Oh, and Tim G. is right: No Time for Nuts was hysterically funny.) I thought Lifted was hilarious! The only Pixar short I’ve been disappointed by was Mike’s New Car.
