I think the biggest joke was leaving this up long after april fools and watching how the people who just found the article react!

C’mon guys! “April 1st” was even BOLDED at the bottom!

That’s okay, though. I also just found this article and was fooled until the whole “CGI Supes” stuff. Hilarious. It was good stuff. Brilliant.

I can’t believe they are going to do a superman vs. spiderman film. Sure they kind of killed the last superman film by giving superman a superkid. But I was really hoping for Doomsday! Replace spiderman with a dark live action DOOMSDAY movie and you got yourself one excited David! thats me…

Bad idea - not so much the cross over, but a completely computer generated supes? C’mon! She’s right, Reeve set the standard, but then again, how many remakes of movies have been made when the original was just as good if not better? The point is, get an actor to act - what will they do when Parker and Kent are around each other? Have an actor talk to a CG Clark Kent? I just don’t think they can make it seemless. Why not use Routhe anyway, he looks enough like Reeve. Same size and age as Reeve wa during the original Superman, and he did fine in Superman Returns. Just the storyline and costume were off, not his acting. Good idea, but maybe bad execution. Besides if Supes is gonna be in a movie with another character, why not wait it out and put him with Batman first. I’m sure everyone would like to see the World’s Finest.
