Its fair to say that Hollywood has ran out of ideas. I slightly disagree. I believe Hollywood doesn’t know what the people want. They have lost touch!
We’ve become so diverse in our tastes in entertainment that one film cannot pack what a majority audience wants. So they use familiarity to get ticket sales (ie The Hills). What Hollywood SHOULD be doing is creating NEW franchises. They should make their OWN ideas ,but because of the risk, and the amount of money, that’s a definite no. I don’t blame them ,but if you want my honest opinion, I’ll buy a ticket to see something new over the “same old” thing. And about “The Hills”, its just a firm reason that when a risky project is being made by Hollywood, they still don’t understand America.
Also, sequels and remakes make a studios look “cheap”. I know, “the Dark Knight” and “Spider-man 2″ fall under this category ,but I see in these products are made with the best intentions. There’s just too many rotten apples in the pot that spoil the rest. Its not bad to see a sequel here and there, but if a whole summer line up are sequels than we have a problem!

What the movie would be about would amaze me, but I watch The Hills religiously every Monday night. I haven’t missed an episode with Lauren COnrad in it since Laguna Beach. I have been waiting all week to see it this Monday night actually, it’s gonna be the biggest episode of the season. But I am still confused what the movie would be about…
Start bashing now…. and in case you wanted to know Chris, the blonde with the necklace is Whitney and she is definately the hottest in my eyes
