Lakeshore has released a new/updated green band movie trailer for Pathology, following the disappearance of the leaked red band a couple weeks back. Written by the madmen behind Crank, Pathology follows a group of medical students devise a deadly game: to see which one of them can commit the perfect murder. I got a chance to see this film a couple weeks ago, but am under a press embargo preventing my review. I will say this - the film is sick and twisted and Michael Weston delivers an incredibly insane performance. As always, tell me what you think of the trailer in the comment section below.

Pathology hits theaters on April 18th 2008.

I gotta say, I like it. I want to see it.

Isn’t that the same 1st trailer they showed??

Meh. Looks like it could be a good flick. This trailer, however, probably doesn’t do it justice. It has FIFTEEN cliche ‘Fade-to-black-followed-by-a-quizzical-one-liner’ moments, which just have me shaking my head… I didn’t bother counting the ‘Quick-flashes-of-action/light-editing-to-get-or-keep-your-attention’ moments.

bad sighn that you can’t do your review yet methinks, but this looks like less of a stinker than crank, which admittedly i haven’t seen but, c’mon, it’s a jason statham actioner.

this looks like a hitchcock/ fincher hybrid if there could be such a thing, reminiscent of rope, strangers on a train, dial m for murder and fight club, with a little dexter and csi thrown in. i’m there.

Do you really have to to use the term “madmen” in every Mark Neveldine/Brian Taylor related post ever? Did you, like, sign a pact with an asylum or something?

Happy: If you ever met the guys, you would refer to them as Madmen too. It’s the only, and best, way to describe them.
