Let me start off by saying that I totally understand the idea of developing a movie in this "make a comic > form a fanbase > make a movie" fashion...It makes sense. What i can't agree with is people abusing the comic book industry, making disposable comics just to show them off to studio execs and get their movie made --OR-- big name actors (or actresses) making comics simply because they are famous, have a ridiculous amount of $$$ and frankly think they are the shit (i.e. Nic Cage and son).

Simply put, comics are an exciting and unique medium. They tell stories in ways that are not limited to what can be crammed into a 1.5 hour summer blockbuster crap-fest. In closing, i feel like developing a comic book with the intention of making it into a film really just limits the scope and depth that modern comics are able to tell.

well like anything, if the product is of quality then we'll see. But like past events, this seems more like control than good story and the title probably suits it: Nowhere, man.
But I'd give a shot.
