This is the second Saturday Night Live digital short I’ve posted on Slashfilm, but at the risk of “Andy Samberg man-crush, much?” accusations, it’s worth it. Jonah Hill, who hosted last weekend, absolutely slays here as his semi-self, as does SNL writer/actor James Downey as “Andy’s Dad.” Serious yuks. And Bill Hader nearly steals the bit in seconds. Watch it below.

Discuss: If 600 puppies jumped into your arms and tried to kiss you all at once, would you have laughed harder?

That was good! That was good. IT actually had me cracking up.
  • Nick
    Gay is always funny
  • Dac
Very Good, but nowhere near I Drink Your Milkshake, that actually had me in hysterics for a long time XD
  • Jason
As usual, SNL continues to be the only smart, relevant, funny thing on TV!
  • orange cinema
    that's some funny shit!!
  • Nantook
    @ Jason

SNL has only had flashes of those things every few weeks. It is usually complete garbage
  • gah
This whole "F-ing" video series is getting old. It was funny with Damon and Affleck, now Rogen and Hill are doing it. It just feels stale now.
  • The Jezzus
I admit that I rolled when i saw them kiss. Too funny.

Was expecting a bigger punchline at the end though.

Do you guys remember the dad from some 90's movies with Adam Sandler and Dirty Work with Norm McDonald?
  • TheKillingJoke
Thats Jack Handy from the ninties SNL sketches...I saw this live on Saturday...it was weird because this was the only sketch I saw that I liked...no homo...
  • Hunter Stephenson
Do you guys think this would have been ever better if it was somehow worked into an actual live skit?
  • Matt
    pretty funny
  • boisvertfj
The wife and I were cracking up Saturday night when it was on. I just happened to change it to SNL right as it was starting. Great sketch.
  • colecovision
    holy homophobia that was funny!
  • Vega Bro
Actually, I dont think it was really funny at all. I was expecting much much more than just a gay kiss joke and "I'm in love with your (insert funny relative). Uninspired, but very well acted I will admit.
  • big daddy
it was funny, there is no doubt. i couldnt believe they did the thing with the tongue, and i couldnt believe how long they did it for.. it was great. i couldnt stop laughing. i think the last time i laughed like that was when 600 puppies jumped into my arms and tried to kiss me all at once...
  • Danatic
    Lol soooo much tongue
  • Matias Blankenshroete
Mind-boggling that anyone finds this remotely funny. Go ahead, haters... tell me I'm an idiot with no sense of humor. Then tell me exactly why this is funny.
  • How is it people try to argue about what is or isn't funny? I can't think of something more subjective than that. If you think it's funny great. If you don't, just as great.

Now arguing that SNL is the smartest show on TV is something that I feel could be argued about. I'm against, but I think it is still something that could be discussed with examples for and against.

"This made me laugh"/"This didn't make me laugh" is not something up for discussion. Please stop. Please stop calling others stupid for having a different opinion than you. Please stop trying to start a fight and bate someone into calling you stupid. It's just a waste of space.

    @ matias blankshrotersken

you are an idiot with no sense of humor. It was funny because two men made out with tongue in an explicit manner, and it made homophobes uncomfortable while making others uncomfortable as well. the dialogue and the punch line at the end were also funny, that is why this was funny
  • Can NBC go get a new player? This sh*t sucks donkey balls. Too me close to 10 minutes to watch a 3+min vid!!!!

  • Jason
    @ Thekillingjoke
It is not Jack Handey....Andy's Dad was SNL genius writer Jim Downey, creator of all the political sketches from the last 33 years as well as "The Chris Farley Show" and "Citiwide Change Bank".....GENIUS!
  • TheKillingJoke
Jack Handy is Jim Downey...so i thought...whenever there is a jack handy sketch its jim downey speaking....and he plays the bank manager guy from those funny sketches back in the day....sorry if i didnt know jimmys name " jason "....***if anyone is looking for a 1st edition The Killing Joke prestige format book from 1988..or The Man Who Laughs original one shot...or any of the Dark Knight Returns (part 3 the joker dies ),,,,the long halloween original series...or anything related let me know....i rather sell them to someone on this site than some stranger on amazon or ebay....im not a comic dealer...just a batman/joker obsessed fan who has too many comic books...
