Thank you for pointing out how Millar often addresses his work as 'planet-altering'!  he is far too often looked to as a 'savior/prophet' of sorts, and while he is very talented, i too think he gets a little big in the briches.  but not too many reviewers call him on it.  

i'm looking forward to this film, but so far i haven't seen or heard anything that indicates they went the supernatural route with this film - by that i mean: Wanted is very heavy on 'alien' or non-human characters with amazing abilites, and yes the abilities have been addressed, but so far i haven't seen any non-human characters, which worries me.  they should've had the balls to make the film with all the colorful characters, not just slapped the powers onto humans, otherwise its just another matrix-type film.  what made Wanted really standout was the cool and creepy disfigured villians we get to see.  im still looking forward to it, but im gonna be bummed without that colorful gallery.  anyways, great article man.</description>
