Earlier today, Marvel reported that a new Iron Man movie trailer would debut during LOST. Many fans watched tonight’s episode, but were left disappointed when no trailer premiered. Some website’s speculated that maybe Marvel meant next week’s episode. The comic book company appears to have since removed the article announcing the trailer. Other movie websites also removed their articles completely (can no one post a retraction now-a-days). I’m guessing that the new Iron Man trailer will premiere on Saturday during WonderCon in San Francisco, and then Paramount will make the official announcement regarding it’s network premiere during Lost. I could be wrong.

It’s funny, I have a hard time believing that anything they come up with for this trailer will be any cooler than that first teaser. It was really everything I was hoping for.

steve, you know why it is a great casting decision? Robert Downey Jr has the personality of a Tony Stark, cocky, wise ass etc, If he isnt on coke he is a great actor. I think this guy is going to tare it up as Iron Man let alone maybe aside from Dark Knight be the best superhero movie of the year. But i wouldnt mind the Hulk being second cause I think Ed Norton was a great choice also.

The new trailer is suppose to premier on the next episode of Lost on the 28th.

Trailer didn’t show during Lost? well duh clearly it was Abrama’ genius telling us to use our minds and imagine it. :p
