/Film Reader Andrea has sent us three new photos from Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which appear to be published in an italian magazine. Is it just me or does that photo with Harrison Ford and the snake look a bit strange?

they both look strange, the second one to me looks like “Captain Sky And The World Of Tomorrow”. I, unlike most, love that film, but that’s not how an Indy movie should look. But it’s Spielberg, I have faith

The snake photo does look funny, but it’s probably from all the editing to get his face up against a snake. I doubt they’d do that for realsies.
Anyone else seeing Javier Bardem (No Country for Old Men) in that second picture instead of Blanchett? We’ve got the car pulled over, bobbed dark haircut, and reaching towards forehead of an old man. But where the heck is her air compressor?

I think the first picture is just one of those “picture taken at the wrong time” situations. Like you see with celebrities when someone takes a picture of them on the street while they’re yawning for a split second and then they post it with a title like “what a wreck”
