Great Bond scenes were not just the full-packed with action ones, but interesting lines and smart villain's talking. Read the tipster quote again. It says Pacino would play the head of the terrorist group introduced in Casino Royale and that he would be in "...Pinewood in April-May to film what is said to be a brief cameo.” Why cast a big name as Pacino (who probably isn't cheap to hire) for a small cameo appearance as a character that doesn't really have much to do in the film?
