He truely does look like he had a stroke and is just minutes from needing a nursing home. Every pic I have seen of this movie with Harrison in it, he looks like he is fragile, weak, and sickly. I'm anxious to see how he handles the action sequences. At least we never heard reports of him breaking a hip. I have to agree with some of the above comments about the age of Indy.
