When I talked to the Cha Cha rep outside the theater, she had over 10 responses and had told me that they were for the most part negative. But you say there are only 3 bad reviews? Also, is there a film that isnt getting an A+ review on Cha Cha. Other press I talk to are starting to mention Cha Cha in passing as a joke. Maybe better methods might be required.
