The costuming matches that which she was wearing in a cast photo and a bit of her hair can be seen behind Shia's elbow. The guy behind Indy, however is beyond me. The clothes are pretty ratty, so maybe this is an indigenous guide along the lines of Satipo from "Raiders." Just a guess.
