Universal has released an extended 8-minute long video clip from Charlie Wilson’s War. And this is possibly the best scene in the film, with Philip Seymour Hoffman meeting with Tom Hanks’ character for the first time. I wish they had released Hoffman’s hilarious angry award worthy speech from the beginning of the movie, but this one is also good. Watch it now below.

Don’t fully understand the logic of releasing big chunks of films prior to their release (that may have something to do with the fact that I hate spoilers) but it’s apparently here to stay.
I’m greatly looking forward to this film so I’ll abstain from this clip until later.

Frankly I like this idea of releasing a large clip…. I had zero interest in this movie…and now I actually wanna see it.
